a taste of north dakota ...

I love mountains!! there isnt a single one in sight. just rolling hills. its kinda plain jane here, it looks like a naked tumble weed. some how there is a lot of wild life here, their mostly dead on the side of the rode when we see them but where the heck do they live?? they must be migrating or something. Its Freezing here. the locals say it get to be around -50 every winter. {yay}. we experienced the first snow of the year just the other night, it was a blizzard and there were cars and semi trucks flipped over and off the road.

If anyone needs a job this is the place to be, Everyone is hiring! dairy queen had to close for the season due to not having enough staff and taco johns pays a whopping $15 and hour! the only problem is there is no where to live people live in their trucks and campers in the wal mart parking lot which never has anything on the shelves, so its really like one big camping party here. its not as bad as i make it seem though, they do have an applebees!!

kinda sad i havent blogged about anything interesting...

well, we got back to north dakota last wednesday? like 3am {takes 11 hrs to get here} after a very much needed break. We got to spend two weeks back home in blackfoot, it was heaven! we now have a greater appreciation for our town, house, and having friends and family so close by. While we were home we got to do a lot of shopping! i seriously have zero winter clothes. We got to go to logans 2nd cousinds baby blessing and that was cute. We also went to salt lake to visit our besties Logan {rice} and Reagan! we love them :) they took us to this resaurant call ticanos? tucanos? anyways its in the gateway mall, it is by far my most favorite place to eat right now, i feel like a carnivor after eating there. the prices are a little high like 25 bucks a person but its soooo worth it. well we spent the night there and had a blast then we came home cuz we were leaving saturday morning, but after we got home we got a call that said we didnt need to be back till tuesday! woo! another thing we did we went to logans brothers {Caleb} football game! they dominate!! oh my i wish we could see the rest of his games! well on our way home from the game we got a call from rice and raegan!! they are on their way to see us! wow their awesome. we had a lot of fun with them. we also we on a four wheeler ride with my brother jase and his woman alauna {la la} which btw she is such a sweet girl! we stinkin love her to death and were so happy jase is with her we look forward to many more fun times with them two ;) AnyWays!! we went on a fourwheeler ride with them to the big butte {Be-Ute} and that was a little chilly but great view :) we went to dinner and to pa3 and we snuck our cold stone ice creams in our purses! that was skillful. Something else we did, we went night fishing! pretty much an awesome hobby i'll tell you what. We first went with logans cousin jarom and his brother caleb and the second time we went with jase and la la, we go out at like 9 or 10 at night and set up our 6 or so fishing poles, make a fire, eat some snacks, and wait. its a blast! it was la la's first time ever fishing and after like 5 minutes of her pole being in the water she got a bite! it wriggled off before she got it on the dock but still, she a natural for sure. Oh and one other purchase logan made while we were home was new tires wheels and a lift with of course fox suspension!!! ya its gonna be beast. pics to come...

Just gettin started!

well, I was convinced (by logan actually) to start a blog! with a little inspiration from Kylie :) I kinda always had this thought that you had to either be pregnant or have kids to have a blog, but i guess not! lol. My blog probably wont be as exciting of course as someones who has kids to show off, but at least i will have a start on this till then! :)

First of all, Im married to Theee most AmAzInG guy Ever! He is my life. We were married August 19th, 2011. We went on a cruise to Mexico and it was a Blast! I highly recommend a cruise to anyone who wants fun and relaxation. It was also really nice to not have to worry about finding fun things to do and transportation and all that junk, the cruise just kinda does it all for you! not to mention the free food ;)

We got ourselves a cute little apartment in blackfoot, and just as i was finally starting to get it feeling cozy... we move... to North Dakota! its ok though, its great money ;) we still have our apartment in blackfoot, for when we go home for the week every three weeks, so I guess it wasnt really all that much of a lost cause :)

Yesterday we went to Canada! we had the day off and thought it would be fun to travel outside of the country... ya that was a very short lived bliss! almost got arrested for the pepperspray in my purse that I forgot I had! not to mention the illegal fireworks and butterfly knife our cousin Carson had hiding in his truck! After all of this mess, we drove around and looked at basically a boring town, we stopped at the Peterbuilt store and each bought a hat (thanks carson!) and then had some pizza and went back to America (Yay!).
